cnc turning and milling
CNC machining is our bread and butter at Price Precision. We have many years of experience in the industry, and a family lineage of machinists. We can handle your projects from prototype to production. Over the years we have served most industries including manufacturing, agriculture, medical, aerospace and many more.
We have collet and chucker lathes available. Our largest bar capacity is 2.625”.
Current turning capacity is 13”x21”
Current milling capacity is 14”x20”
manual machining
In addition to our CNC machines we also have manual machines at our service for 1 off parts, repair work, and parts that won’t fit on our CNC machines.
We have various lathes, mills and saws at our service.
Finishing
Anodizing, plating, heat treat. Processed through partners. If you need special finishes on a project, just ask.
Cad/cam services
No worries if you don’t have a print for your part, give us a sample and we can create CAD drawings and models to produce what you need.
We use 3d CAD/CAM systems. We can handle light design for simple projects. We program complex and hard to machine parts with our modern 3d cam. All of our custom tooling and fixturing is made in house with the support of these systems.
Turnkey service
If you need a process to machine parts in house we are happy to assist in programming, tooling, and setup of your process on your machine.
